Debbie Dovale is an American pop singer who gained recognition in the early 1960s, particularly for her hit single "Hey Lover," which charted at #81 in November 1963 when she was just 12 years old. Born on December 21, 1950, in Clairton, Pennsylvania, a suburb of Pittsburgh, she initially released music under the name "Natalie," with her first title being "I Wish That I Could Cry." Throughout the 1970s and 1980s, she continued to perform in the Pittsburgh area, using her married name, Natalie Hathazy.
