Dee C. Lee, born on June 6, 1961, in Balham, South London, England, is a British soul, R&B, and pop singer. Early in her career, she worked as a backing singer and later became a member of a band, also performing as a solo artist. Lee was married to her fellow Style Council member and band founder from 1987 until their divorce in 1998. They have two children, a daughter and a son named Nathaniel.
