Der Plan is a band that was founded in 1979. The original members included Görl and Haas, who left after the first release, and were replaced by other musicians. This trio remained consistent until the group disbanded in 1993. In 2004, the band reformed with new members and a slightly altered name, Der Plan V. 4.0, but faced disagreements with former members. For the 50th birthday parties of a member in Hamburg and Berlin in January 2014, Der Plan was reformed again for two short sets. In May 2017, they released a new single titled "Lass die Katze stehn," followed by the album "Unkapitulierbar" in June.
