Disasterpeace, whose real name is Rich Vreeland, is an American musician and composer from Staten Island, New York City. He creates instrumental music influenced by his favorite musicians and composers, as well as the audio aesthetics of retro video game soundchips. His work features a diverse range of scope, structure, tonality, meter, timbre, and themes. Often inspired while playing guitar and piano, he hums melodies and creates rhythms with his teeth. Currently, he attends the Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts, where he is studying Music Production and Engineering.
