D.I.T.C. is an American hip hop collective formed in 1992 in New York City. The name D.I.T.C. stands for Diggin' in the Crates, which refers to the act of seeking out records to sample for music production. The group consists of several members, including , , , , , and . One of its members, aka , was shot and killed on February 15, 1999, in Harlem, New York. In his honor, the group dedicated the track "Tribute" to him on their 2000 album D.I.T.C..
