DJ Assault, born on October 19th, 1977, is a prominent DJ and electronic music producer from Detroit, Michigan, USA. He is recognized as a pioneer of Ghettotech music. From 1996 to 2000, he collaborated with a producer to lead two influential self-run record labels. After their split, DJ Assault founded his own label.
