He became part of a French rap group at the age of 15 and collaborated with various artists, including running with a notable figure in the industry. He was signed to a label where he often worked with the label's boss. Additionally, he formed a house duo with another artist. DJ Mehdi was married to a French street artist. He passed away on September 13, 2011.
