DJ Roc, born and raised on the South Side of Chicago, also known as the "low end," developed a passion for Ghetto House music from a young age, enjoying the energetic reactions of people dancing to it. In 2001, he discovered the Fruityloops program, which propelled him into creating House and Juke music. His journey led to a local DJing career, and in 2005, he teamed up with friends to form 'Bosses Of The Circle.' This collective began hosting their own parties, promoting themselves, and building a fan base, becoming the first Juke squad to release their own CD mixtapes. Collaborating with DJ Slugo, they released their debut CD "Juke City: The Crack Capital," followed by "Juke City Vol 2: The Take Over" and "Juke City Vol 3."
