Djivan Gasparyan (October 12, 1928 - July 6, 2021) was an Armenian duduk player, composer, and educator, born in Solak, Armenian SSR, Transcaucasian SFSR, USSR. He gained recognition in the West with his debut album released by a notable label. Throughout his career, he collaborated with various musicians and composed music for several Hollywood soundtracks, including 'The Siege' and 'Gladiator'.
