Real Name: Do Major Do Major is a band founded in 1981 by Andrey Suchilin, and it became one of the organizers of the Moscow Rock Laboratory alongside groups like Nikolai Kopernik and Zvuki Mu. Over the years, the band featured members such as Yuri Orlov and Oleg Andreev, who later founded the group Nikolai Kopernik, and collaborated with artists like Alexey Kozlov, Andrey "Svinya" Panov, and Tracy Drake, who would later join King Crimson. The band regularly recorded albums, though most of them have not survived for various reasons. In 1990, they released the album "Noema," which made a significant impact across the country and earned a place in Alexander Kushnir's top list of "100 Magneto Albums of Soviet Rock." Initially released as a self-published double cassette, it was later issued in a shortened version by the Melodiya label in 1992, where Suchilin edited some tracks and remixed others, such as "Blues." It wasn't until 20 years later that the complete version was released by the Geometry label on two CDs, restored and remastered by Evgeny Gapeev. Following the album's release, Andrey Suchilin left the country for an extended period to participate in the Guitar Craft seminar.
