Dom Salvador is a Brazilian jazz pianist born on May 8, 1938. He made his professional debut at the age of 12 in Rio Claro, São Paulo, before moving to the capital to perform in nightclubs. Salvador served as the musical director for Harry Belafonte's 1977 European Tour and contributed to the album "Turn The World Around." He later settled in the United States.
