Domenic Troiano was a Canadian singer, songwriter, and rock guitarist, born on January 17, 1946, in Modugno, Italy. He gained recognition for his contributions to various bands, including Mandala, The James Gang, and The Guess Who, as well as for his solo career. Troiano began his solo work in the early 1970s and formed the Domenic Troiano Band, achieving his biggest hit with the 1979 disco-themed song "We All Need Love." In the 1980s, he focused exclusively on studio work as a composer, producer, and guitarist. His contributions to music earned him induction into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame in 1996. Troiano passed away on May 25, 2005, in Toronto, Canada.
