Donovan Germain is a former NYC record shop owner and distributor who became a hugely successful Jamaican producer. He is known for his work behind various labels, including its UK counterpart, which he opened after returning to Kingston, Jamaica in 1987. In addition to his production work, he also established a pressing plant.
