Donut Productions is a hip hop group from San Francisco, formed in 1989 by Marc Lariviere (Macaroonie), Noah Daar (DJ Gunga Din), and Josh Miller (J Squash). Originally known by another name, they released a tape that attracted the attention of Grand Royal and Mo'Wax Records. In 1995, Mo'Wax released their album $19.95 through their German partner Marlboro Records. After the release, the group disbanded, and Marc began his own project. Their first album features several tracks that reunite Donut Productions.
