The Dove Shack was a G-funk group hailing from Long Beach, consisting of members C-Knight, Bo-Roc, and 2Scoops. They made their debut with the track "This Is the Shack," featured on Warren G's album "Regulate…G Funk Era." In 1995, they released their first album under the same name, which included the hit single "Summertime in the LBC," featuring Arnita Porter. The group also contributed to several compilations and released "Reality’s Got Me Tied Up" in 2000.
