Downtown Science was an early 90's US hip-hop group known for their unique sound. The group consisted of a producer and a rapper, originally formed with members Carabello and Hoffman. However, Hoffman left after the release of their first single. Downtown Science produced one highly regarded album and several singles before ultimately disbanding.
