Drum Circus is a project formed by three Swiss drummers, previously undocumented aside from a few performances in Switzerland and Southern Germany. They recorded an LP with the assistance of local talents and a jazz winds player. The album, however, was not released by MPS, as they "didn't know what to do with such a strange album." It remained unreleased until its CD issue in 2003 on Garden of Delights.
