Eastenders is a pioneering DJ in Germany known for blending Oriental and Indian music with modern downbeat, breaks, ambient, jazz, and house, establishing himself as a key figure in Nu Asian dance sounds. Inspired by trips to London, he founded oriental club nights under the label "Indian Vibes" in the late 90s at venues like Nachtleben in Frankfurt. Currently, he serves as the resident DJ at "Silk," a renowned restaurant within Cocoon Club in Frankfurt. In addition to his DJ career, Eastenders is a music journalist for various newspapers and magazines and works as a radio producer at Hessischer Rundfunk, where he hosts the show "YOU FM Lounge" every Sunday night on YOU FM.
