Eddie Murphy, born on April 3, 1961, in Hempstead, NY, is a renowned comedian, movie star, and part-time singer. He grew up in the housing projects of Brooklyn. In 1985, he released his debut album, How Could It Be, which featured the million-selling single "Party All the Time." Murphy's musical discography also includes the albums So Happy (1989) and Love's Alright (1992).
