Eddie Noack was an American country and western singer, songwriter, and music industry executive, born on April 29, 1930, in Houston, Harris County, Texas. He passed away on February 5, 1978, in Nashville, Davidson County, Tennessee. Noack is best known for his 1968 recording of a serial killer song. He attended Baylor University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and journalism.
