Eduardo Zurita is an Ecuadorian electric organ player born in Quito on March 24, 1944. He founded the nightclub El Candil in Quito and served as the director of Radio Nacional del Ecuador from 1982 to 1984. Zurita has performed extensively throughout Latin America, as well as in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, and Europe. In addition to his music career, he earned a law degree from the University of Bologna in Italy and currently works as a mediator.
