Eirwud Mudwasser, the alias of young Romanian producer Vlad Matei, embodies a spiritual connection with nature and a desire for purity in his eclectic sound. His productions and DJ sets blend new beat, dub, tribal house, Berlin School electronics, classic afro-cosmic influences, and a leftfield interpretation of 'balearic' music. His debut 12" for Balearic Social showcases a warm yet fierce sound, striking a balance between metallic and organic elements, characterized by carefully arranged compositions on classic synth gear.
