El Polen is a folk rock band from Lima, Peru, active from 1969 to 1975 and later from 1996 to 1999, with a reunion in 2014. The band, formed by brothers Juan Luis and Raúl Pereira, is known for blending psychedelic rock with Andean music. Their unique sound was influenced by their experiences living with members of the Hippie Movement and traveling to the remote regions of Peru.
