El-Rego et ses Commandos is a Beninese band originally formed in Cotonou, Dahomey (now Benin) in 1963. The group underwent several name changes, starting as Los Paras in 1964, then becoming Los Commandos in 1965, and finally adopting the name El Rego Et Ses Commandos in 1966.
