Ella Thompson is a vocalist and multi-instrumentalist based in Naarm / Melbourne, Australia. In 2023, she returned to making music under her own name after previously releasing music with her electro pop duo GL and the cult indie band Dorsal Fins. Ella's musical range spans art music, cinematic soul, jazz, and pop. Alongside her solo work and band projects, she has been a featured artist for various acts, most notably deep funk pioneers The Bamboos and Mark Ronson.
