Eroc is a German musician and producer, born on November 15, 1951, in Weimar, GDR. He is best known as the eccentric drummer with his band and has been an innovative sound explorer since the mid-1960s, showcasing his talents as a multi-instrumentalist. By 1967, Eroc had developed his own techniques for multi-tracking and phasing effects, incorporating voices and instruments into his work while exploring various creative music styles. In 1970, he released his solo debut, the groundbreaking echo vocal collage work "Horrorgoll," which resembles Dadaist sound poetry infused with a rock aesthetic. Eroc's solo projects feature a diverse mix of synthesizer music, space-rock, comic theatrics, schlager, and folk music, all infused with his unique sense of humor. Since the 1970s, he has also contributed as an engineer and producer.
