Esseks, also known as Sam Eckstein, is a Brooklyn-based producer known for creating emotionally driven music and art. He plays guitar and produces for the band Technicolor Lenses. Esseks' sound is influenced by a diverse range of styles, from J Dilla-inspired, kushy hip hop beats to mesmerizing, synth-driven electronic and house music, while also incorporating elements of blues and swing. In addition to his music, he illustrates nearly all of his album artwork.
