Flashbaxx, also known as Daniel Stenger, is a DJ and producer who has been immersed in music since 2003. His expertly crafted jazz and funky downbeats have featured on international compilations from labels like Sony Music, EMI, and Ministry Of Sound, sharing the spotlight with artists such as Moby, Jazzanova, Blank & Jones, and Bonobo. His work has garnered attention from notable DJs and tastemakers including Rainer Trüby, Robert Luis, and Daniel Paul. In 2022, Flashbaxx made a notable return with the release of his mini-album "Take Care My Friend" on NuNorthern Soul, which received acclaim and marked a comeback after nearly a decade. The Remix-EP featured contributions from well-known producers like Atjazz and Moods. Stenger's unique approach to social media, blending comedy with musical talent, has helped him build a growing following while maintaining his subcultural credibility. Since 2024, he has expanded his performances to include an electronic live act, showcasing his mash-ups of disco and house classics. His energetic performances have taken him to iconic venues such as the KitKat Club in Berlin. In 2025, he plans to release selected tracks from his live set on a new label in Leipzig, fulfilling his aspiration for a house record infused with disco elements.
