Floating Points is the main recording alias of British electronic music producer Sam Shepherd. He is a co-founder of a label and was the first artist to release on it. Classically trained from a young age, Shepherd also leads a 16-piece ensemble. As a DJ and radio presenter, Floating Points is recognized for his strong passion for jazz music.
