Formacion 2000 was an Argentine psychedelic 'beat' group active in the 1960s. They are known for releasing an LP that featured highly psychedelic versions of popular 'beat' hits alongside their own original songs. The group disbanded in 1970, after which its members pursued other musical projects. The members of Formacion 2000 included Daniel "Manzo" Manizi, Juan "Locomotora Esposito," and Luis Valenti.
