Fragile State is the chillout project of British duo Neil Cowley and Ben Mynott. Neil Cowley has toured with Zero 7 and leads his own band, the Neil Cowley Trio. Ben Mynott is a DJ, producer, and broadcaster for Chill Radio, having released over 30 albums and selling more than 250,000 records throughout his career.
