Franco Micalizzi is an Italian musician and soundtrack composer, born on December 21, 1939, in Rome, Italy. He began composing soundtracks in the late 1960s and gained significant success in 1970 with his music for "Lo chiamavano Trinita’..." (My Name Is Trinity). Throughout the 1970s, Micalizzi became one of the most prolific composers of Italian film music, scoring cult classics such as "Roma a mano armata" (Rome Armed to the Teeth), "Napoli violenta" (Violent Naples), and "Chi Sei?" (Beyond the Door).
