Franco Micalizzi is an Italian musician and soundtrack composer, born on December 21, 1939, in Rome, Italy. He began his career by composing a few soundtracks in the late 1960s but gained significant recognition in 1970 with the music for "Lo chiamavano Trinita’..." (My Name Is Trinity). Throughout the 1970s, he became one of the most prolific composers of Italian film music, scoring cult classics such as "Roma a mano armata" (Rome Armed to the Teeth), "Napoli violenta" (Violent Naples), and "Chi Sei?" (Beyond the Door).
