Frank De Wulf is a Belgian DJ, programmer, VFX producer, and director, known as one of the pioneers of the Belgian new beat and techno scenes. He began his career in 1986 as a DJ and programmer for local pirate radio stations in the Gent area before transitioning to DJing in clubs. In 1995, he co-founded GRID, a visual effects and computer graphics company that grew to become one of the largest VFX companies in Belgium.
