Freddie Cruger is a Swedish DJ and music producer who has been active since the early 1990s. His journey into music began in the 1980s when he was introduced to hip hop through his brother, who collected vinyl records and worked at an import record shop in Stockholm. This exposure led him to amass a large collection of records, acquire decks, a drum machine, and eventually a sampler. Cruger released his debut album on Tru Thoughts in October 2006.
