Freddie Starr was an English comedian, singer, and impressionist, born on January 9, 1943, in Huyton, Liverpool. He gained fame in the early 1970s and was previously the lead singer of the Merseybeat pop group The Midnighters in the early 1960s. Starr passed away on May 9, 2019, in Spain.
