Friends of Distinction is a vocal harmony soul quartet formed in 1966 after the demise of a backing band. The group consisted of members who added two female singers, with some changes occurring over the years. They collaborated extensively with various producers and released six albums between 1969 and 1973. Unfortunately, they disbanded in 1975 due to a lack of further commercial success. Their biggest hits include "Grazing In The Grass" and "Going In Circles."
