Friends was a Swedish emo band from Umeå that formed in 1997 and disbanded in 1998. Their only recorded material is a 7" released in 1998. For Lars, the band was a side project, as he was involved in another band at the time. Friends' first and only known concert took place at the Umeå music festival Punkfesten on November 22, 1997.
