**Bio: Galahad** Formed in 1985, Galahad started as a fun project, playing a mix of covers and original material from bands like Genesis, Led Zeppelin, Rush, Black Sabbath, Focus, and Marillion. They supported several emerging progressive bands, including IQ, Pendragon, Haze, Pallas, and Magnum. Transitioning to a more serious approach, Galahad released their first proper album, *Nothing Is Written*, in 1991. This self-financed and independently released album achieved significant success, selling several thousand copies, aided by substantial airplay on BBC Radio One, particularly on the Radio One Rock Show hosted by Tommy Vance. This success led to deals in the UK, Japan, and Germany. Over the years, Galahad has released sixteen albums, including works from offshoots like Galahad Electric Company and the Galahad Acoustic Quintet. The band has performed hundreds of gigs across the UK, Europe, and America, often in unusual venues. In 2002, they released *Year Zero*, featuring guest vocals by John Wetton. Their debut DVD, *Resonance*, was recorded live in Katowice, Poland, and released in September 2006.
