Garnet Mimms, born on November 26, 1933, in Ashland, West Virginia, is a singer and songwriter known for his R&B tunes recorded in the 1950s, 1960s, and 1970s, both with various groups and as a solo artist. He is now a born-again Christian and has not recorded music for many years.
