Garnett Silk was a Jamaican reggae singer and musician born on April 2, 1966. He played a significant role in reviving cultural themes in Jamaican music during the post-1985 digital era and greatly influenced the dancehall scene in the 1990s. Garnett Silk passed away on December 9, 1994.
