Gary Lemel is a film music and label executive, producer, publisher, jazz bassist, and vocalist based in Los Angeles, California. He was hired as the President of Music at Warner Bros. film studio in 1986, a position he held for 23 years. Prior to that, he served as Executive Vice President at Columbia Pictures from 1982 to 1986. Lemel also held the position of Senior Vice President at an unspecified company from 1978 to 1981 and again from 1981 to 1982. In 1997, he was promoted to President, Worldwide Music for Warner Bros. and appointed CEO of another unspecified company. As a musician, Lemel has collaborated with artists such as Peggy DeCastro since 1958. His first solo album was released in 1964 through an unspecified label. In 1997, he made a comeback with the CD "Romancing The Screen." In 1999, he signed with another unspecified label and released two albums: "Moonlighting" in 1999 and "Lost In Your Arms" in 2001.
