Gigan, also known as Zamir the Master Sword, is a Puerto Rican rapper hailing from Medina and Harlem. He made his first appearance in the music scene with Monsta Island Czars in 1999. Gigan has not recorded any material since 2003 and is known to have served time in prison prior to 1999, being released shortly before collaborating with X-Ray Da Mindbenda. In a 2005 interview, fellow rapper Megalon mentioned that they named Gigan after hearing about him from a friend known as Flaco.
