Glen Ricks is a talented musician who began his career as a member of a group that recognized his stagecraft while touring Canada in 1968. Originally from Jamaica, Glen showcased his musical abilities and joined the group, which recorded a massive Jamaican hit for a producer in 1969. After the group disbanded in the seventies, Glen pursued a solo career and returned to Canada, where he secured a contract after catching the attention of a member of another group. He also spent time in prominent soul cities like Chicago and Philadelphia, releasing a beautiful R&B album that included a superb rendition of a hit. In the late eighties, Glen returned to Jamaica and established himself as a sought-after singer, working with leading producers.
