Gorilla Biscuits is a hardcore punk band from New York City, formed in 1987. The band initially broke up in 1991 but had a brief reunion for a benefit at CBGB's in 1997. They reunited again in 2005 and continued to tour. The first lineup in 1987 consisted of Anthony "CIV" Civarelli on vocals, Walter Schreifels on guitar, Nick Drysdale on guitar, Arthur Smilios on bass, and Ernie Parada on drums. The second lineup later that year included Anthony "CIV" Civarelli on vocals, Walter Schreifels on guitar, Arthur Smilios on guitar, Eric Fink on bass, and Georges Megasopolis on drums. From 1987 to 1992, the third lineup featured Anthony "CIV" Civarelli on vocals, Walter Schreifels on guitar, Alex Brown on guitar, Arthur Smilios on bass, and Luke Abbey on drums. The fourth lineup for the 1997 reunion included Anthony "CIV" Civarelli on vocals, Walter Schreifels on guitar, Tom Capone on guitar, Arthur Smilios on bass, and Sammy Siegler on drums.
