Graham Bond was an English saxophonist and blues keyboardist, born on October 28, 1937, in Romford, Essex, England. He first gained attention as a jazz saxophonist before transitioning to blues as a Hammond organist and singer. Tragically, Bond was found dead on May 8, 1974, at Finsbury Park Station in London, an apparent suicide beneath a tube train.
