G.Rizo is a Nigerian-American singer, DJ, and producer originally from New York City, now based in Vienna, Austria. She spent three years publishing the underground art and music 'zine Repellent (R.I.P.) before moving to Europe to focus on her music career. G.Rizo has collaborated with various artists, including Patrick Pulsinger, In Flagranti, Gerhard Potuznik, Maximilian Skiba, Snax, Donovan, and Jimmy Edgar. In 2009, she completed the Master Certificate at Berklee Music online and currently hosts and teaches electronic music production workshops in Vienna called "Electro Hammam." G.Rizo is also producing and releasing her own music through her self-run label, Hezekina Pollutina, with her first release, a 7-inch vinyl EP, scheduled for July 30, 2010.
