Grupo Flamingo is a Mexican music group that emerged in the early 1980s. Often referred to as a "ghost band," they were allegedly created in a studio and recorded music specifically for the "Feria De San Francisco Pachuca Hidalgo" cultural festival. The group is known for their composition "Atlantes De Tula," which has been at the center of legal disputes regarding copyright and authorship. While the composition is credited to a certain individual, it was actually composed and performed by another artist, who claims that Grupo Flamingo never truly existed and that the recording was not used for its intended purpose.
