Grupo Flamingo Rock is a Mexican band from the early 1980s, often described as a "ghost band" that was allegedly created in a studio. The group recorded music at the request of the "Feria De San Francisco Pachuca Hidalgo" cultural festival. Their main composition, "Atlantes De Tula," has been the subject of legal conflicts regarding copyright and authorship. While it is credited to one individual, it was actually composed and performed by another artist, who claims that the band never existed and that the recording was not used for its intended purposes.
