Guerre froide was a French Cold Wave, Industrial, and Post-punk band formed in Amiens, active from 1980 to 1982, with a reunion in 2006. The original lineup included Yves Royer on vocals, Patrick Mallet on bass, Gilbert Deffais on electronics, and Fabrice Fruchart on guitar and keyboards from 1980 to 1981. In 1981, the lineup changed slightly, featuring Yves Royer on vocals, Patrick Mallet on guitar, Gilbert Deffais on electronics, Fabrice Fruchart on guitar and keyboards, and Jean-Michel Bailleux on bass. From 1981 to 1982, the band consisted of Yves Royer on vocals, Patrick Mallet on guitar, Gilbert Deffais on electronics, Jean-Michel Bailleux on bass, and Marie-Josée Deffais on keyboards. In 2006, the band reunited with Yves Royer on vocals, Fabrice Fruchart on guitar and keyboards, and Samuel Druon on bass.
